Received 6 pairs of chopsticks to make a set which were a gift to a relative, but they arrived different lengths. Very embarrassed when recipient told me about it. Frustrating that I have to pay for shipping to return back to Japan after emailing customer service. Quality of product good and lightweight however very disappointed after receiving chopsticks with different lengths.
