Brewed without added alcohol, it highlights the natural character of its ingredients, with a gentle fruity aroma, soft sweetness, and a smooth, elegant finish that lingers.
Junmai Daiginjo is the highest grade of sake, made with rice polished to at least 50%. It’s often described as the “champagne of sake” for its elegance.
