



Fueki Kinbue Saishikomi Nama Shoyu is a double-brewed soy sauce with a naturally deep flavor and aroma. It goes great with sashimi and meat, as well as oily dishes. Because of its unique brewing process, it has a richer and less salty flavor than typical soy sauces, making it ideal for marinades and glazes, and a perfect choice for seasoning duck breast!
It is made using selected natural ingredients and fermented in wooden barrels at the manufacturer’s brewery. These are core features of traditional artisanal soy sauce.
This soy sauce is classified as nama shoyu (raw soy sauce). It is a soy sauce that is made without a heating process, so you can taste the natural aroma of the ingredients more clearly than with typical heat-treated soy sauces.
