To brew, use slightly cooled water at around 60–70°C to bring out the natural sweetness.
If using tap water, boil it thoroughly first to remove any chlorine odor. Pay careful attention to the water temperature, using a tea cooler or similar if needed.
For the best flavor, use a little more tea leaves and less water, allowing you to fully enjoy the rich taste and aroma.
