Add 50–200g of green coffee beans to the roasting basket, secure it, and place the roaster over a gas stove.
Rotate or gently shake it regularly to ensure even roasting. Roast until the beans reach your desired level, then remove from the heat and transfer the beans to cool.
Allow the roaster to cool completely before disassembling and cleaning.
The stainless steel parts are dishwasher-safe, but the resin handle, screws, and knobs must be hand-washed. Always use in a well-ventilated area, as roasting produces smoke and coffee chaff.
