Cut into bite-sized pieces and cook directly. Boil, simmer, or stir-fry. Use in hot pots, sukiyaki, oden, stir-fries, or rehydrate in mentsuyu for added flavor.
Hot pot / Oden: Add pieces to simmering broth with vegetables and tofu.
Sukiyaki: Cook with beef, vegetables, and sukiyaki sauce.
Fried / Braised: Stir-fry or lightly pan-fry, then simmer in sauce.
Chanpuru / Stir-fry: Rehydrate in mentsuyu, cut, and stir-fry with vegetables or meat.
