We were lucky to visit Kinosaki Onsen last summer, and discovered this delicious Tokiwa drinking vinegar at their storefront there. The Yuzu Ginger flavor is our favorite, and sparkles with both flavors, with a wonderful bite from the ginger. It’s great to drink straight, and also makes for a delicious cocktail mixer. As our supply dwindled, we were delighted to find that Japanese Taste carried this amazing elixir, and JT was incredible helping us quickly resolve a shipping issue too. We are now well-stocked once more, and enjoying every sip.
