These popular Japanese salted crackers are thinly baked and have a wonderful, crispy texture. Levain Prime are light and crispy crackers made with YBC's own fermented starter, which gives them a very savory flavor that blows other crackers out of the water.

These extremely addictive salted crackers are wonderful just as they are, but also fantastic for dips, or for making appetizers and hors-d'oeuvres.

This box contains three sealed packs of 13 crackers, so you’ll have plenty to go around!

  • Contents: 39 crackers
  • Ingredients: Flour, oil, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, malt extract, leavening agent

  • Large selection of curated, high-quality products

    A taste you'll remember

A big thank you to the country of Japan for still making the cracker and cookie recepies from the 1920's and 1930's. Or at least it tastes like it.

    This is one example.

Also, this was one of my product requests, so of course it gets 5 stars :)
